• Your name, business or maker name if applicable, and where you are based.
• What you create and the materials you use.
• Whether your products are made to order or ready to ship, your usual production times, and where you can ship.
• A link to your website, portfolio, or Shopify store, if you have one. A website or Shopify store is not required. If you don’t have a link to examples of your work, you can share photos during our email follow-up.
• Please begin your message with Independent Artisan / Crafter inquiry.
• After we receive your interest form, we will email you details about how our program works so you can decide whether it may be a good fit for you.
• Please do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
